The Pfannebecker Story
The Pfannebecker Brewery was founded in Paterson, NJ in 1869 by Philip Pfannebecker. Philip was known for using the highest quality ingredients & was considered a pioneer in the brewing industry. Philip's beers were served by some of the most famous restaurants, hotels, & saloons in the area.
The Chatham Brewing Connection
Philip Pfannebecker's legacy was resurrected when his great, great, great granddaughter & her husband joined Chatham Brewing. Together they founded Pfannebecker's Pfinest Pfizz & launched a new craft hard seltzer in his honor
